The circular Run out was the major constraint for the customer, they have been facing this issue since long back and it was nearly above 15 mm due to which major preventive and post maintenance queries raised from their customer end. Our manufacturing & engineering approach created benchmark and we successfully controlled the Run out in 1mm only. With the result of which the life of the Roller on which the frames rotates increase ,wear & tear of the components completely reduces and long lasting performance of the rotation frame is continuing to the operation.

Work Tank
Work Tank is the heart of the washing machine where all the cleaning operations are carried out . It consists of a rotation frame inside its inner periphery and consist of 500 Ltr. liquid capacities. Various operations include shearing, bending, laser cutting, and precise and accurate TIG welding. Testing is done by water leakage testing while inspecting. The whole cleaning operation will be done in this working chamber.
Gantry Mechanism – With Basket Dipping Station
It consists of two stations where we need to wash the components in various liquids. SS316 material for all components which will come in direct contact with the washing liquid. Rest structure Mild steel with powder coating. Cantilever mechanism with motorized operation with horizontal movement. X-Y-Z directional movement of the whole gantry.
Oil Dipping Station
OIL DIPPING STATION is designed to integrate the cleaning technology. Before material goes to the Rotation frame pre-cleaning is required to removed extra dirt, dust, and mist from the components which is done by this station.
MS fabricated motor-operated conveyor with ss304 rollers and powder coated structure. Dipping tank MoC SS304 which comes in contact with the cleaning liquid and oil.
